Essentials: The Bellini
Ingredients:
1/3 part Peach puree
2/3 parts Prosecco
Fresh raspberries (optional)
Preparation:
Fill a Champagne flute one-third of the way with a fresh peach puree; fill the remainder of the glass with Prosecco. You can drop a few raspberries in for added color and flavor.
